The second part of the test, our soft skills tests
The important psychological characteristics (soft skills) will be evaluated differently based on professional group in the second part of the test.
Our soft skill tests were developed by Prof. Dr. Dr. Heinz Holling and Dr. Uwe Kanning from the University of Münster based on classical test theory and have been validated by Dr. Kanning after many controlled samples.
Approximately 9 - 22 soft skills per professional group will be tested, each of which contains 8 - 12 emotional questions.
